Overview
What NotBot does, when it prints, what it captures, and how every setting changes its behavior.
Last updated 2026-10-08 · Applies to NotBot 1.4.4+ · Identical to the stable docs
NotBot is a desktop app that watches your live show and prints labels the moment something sells: auction wins, Buy It Now purchases, accepted offers, giveaways, and more. It gives each buyer a box number that stays the same for the whole show, so packing after the show is fast. What prints is up to you: a box label for each new buyer (the default), an item label for every sale, or both.

These docs describe exactly how NotBot behaves: what it records from your show, when it prints, what every setting changes, and what works on each platform.

What NotBot is not
- Not a streaming app. You still go live on your platform (Whatnot, Poshmark Live, eBay Live, District, or TikTok Shop). Most sellers go live from a phone or tablet and run NotBot on a computer beside it. You can also go live from inside NotBot's built-in browser after turning on Allow camera and microphone in Customize › Advanced Settings › Show behavior.
- Not a shipping label printer. NotBot prints labels for sorting items by buyer during and after your show. It does not print carrier shipping labels.
- Not affiliated with Whatnot, Poshmark, eBay, District, or TikTok. NotBot is built by MellowTools. Whatnot, Poshmark Live, eBay Live, District, and TikTok Shop are all supported. See Platform Support.
