Roadmap

NotBot is in active development. This page summarizes what we're working on next, both behind the scenes (already shipping in beta) and on the longer-term roadmap.

We don't publish dates for roadmap items. The order below reflects rough priority, not a schedule.

Already shipping (beta)

These are shipped and working today in the beta channel, just labeled beta until we've validated them in more real shows. Your NotBot has all of these when its update channel is set to Beta (Settings → About); on the Stable channel they arrive with the next stable release.

• Poshmark Live support. Track auctions, giveaways, bids, and chat from Poshmark's live feed.
• eBay Live support. Track auctions, bids, chat, and listing snapshots from eBay's live feed.

Planned

Items we plan to build but have not started or have not finished.

• TikTok Live support. Extend platform coverage to TikTok's live feed.
• Cross-device show sync. Opt-in synchronization of show history across multiple machines for the same NotBot account. Today every machine has its own independent history.

Under consideration

Things we've heard from customers but have not committed to.

• Printer-aware label sizes. Expose your printer's supported paper sizes inside the Label Designer so you can build templates for non-standard media.
• Email address change. Today the account email is tied to the sign-in method you used. Changing it requires support intervention.

Recently shipped

A short list of things that were on this page until recently and are now live, so you can stop waiting for them.

• Reports. A dedicated Reports tab with ready-made reports (Show Summary, Buyer List, Cut Sheet) plus build-your-own reports with filtering, grouping, sorting, CSV and PDF export, and saved report setups.
• Winner popup customization. Design the winner popup and set its screen, position, size, and entry animation separately for auctions, giveaways, and purchases, from the Customize page.
• Card breaks. Off by default. When on, NotBot waits for the randomizer before printing break-spot labels, so every label shows the assigned team or character instead of the spot number.
• First-time buyer star. A star prints in the corner of the box label when Whatnot marks the winner as a first-time buyer. On by default.
• Sale photos. Optionally save a photo of the show screen the moment each auction ends, stored with your local show history.
• The disconnect-warning banner that appears when the Whatnot live feed drops. Poshmark and eBay disconnect surfacing is still being added.
• The + Add missing auction flow for manually entering an auction NotBot didn't catch.
• Pinned shop Buy It Now listings sold during a live show are now correctly treated as Buy It Now, not auctions.
• Buyer/box label printer pinning, so all box labels consolidate to a single printer regardless of which event triggered them.
• The print queue verifier and the Submitted, Verifying, and Stuck statuses that come with it.
