Which platforms (Whatnot, Poshmark Live, eBay Live, District, TikTok Shop) and which operating systems are supported, and what works where.

NotBot watches live selling platforms and prints labels as sales happen. This page lists which platforms NotBot supports and what works on each.
Supported platforms

NotBot knows which platform you are on from the address in its built-in browser. Go to Whatnot, Poshmark, eBay, District, or your TikTok LIVE Manager and NotBot picks up the show. You can keep several show tabs open, but only one tab is the active show at a time. See When NotBot Prints.
What works where
"Yes" means the platform sends it and NotBot uses it. "No (not in live feed)" means the platform does not send it, so there is nothing for NotBot to use. "Not supported" means NotBot does not handle it on that platform today.

Notes:
- Giveaway draws on District are not supported. No giveaway event turned up in District's live feed, so there is nothing for NotBot to print.
Mac and Windows
NotBot is the same app on Mac and Windows, and every feature works on both.

eBay Live
Auction wins print the same way they do on Whatnot, and bids and chat feed the live panel.
- Buy It Now purchases print and follow your Buy It Now settings. If your connection drops and comes back, a purchase that already printed does not print again.
- Failed auction payments can print a PENDING PAYMENT label when Payment failed is on in Label types. When the payment goes through later, NotBot marks it paid.
- Flash sales are not told apart from regular Buy It Now sales on eBay Live yet, so Include flash sale purchases does not apply there. To skip eBay Buy It Now labels, turn off Buy It Now in Label types.
Giveaway draws, accepted offers, and pinned shop listings are not in eBay's live feed, so none of them print.
District
Auction wins and Buy It Now purchases print the same way they do on Whatnot, and bids and chat feed the live panel the same way (neither has ever printed a label on any platform). Giveaway draws are not supported, so a District giveaway will not print a label. Accepted offers, payment-failure events, and pinned shop listings are not tracked either.
TikTok Shop
NotBot reads your sales from TikTok's LIVE Manager, so there is no shop connection to set up.
- In NotBot's built-in browser, sign in to TikTok and open your LIVE Manager.
- Go live the way you normally do.
- Auction wins print as they happen, with the buyer's TikTok @handle and your listing title.
- Buy It Now purchases print and follow your Buy It Now settings.
- Bids are recorded for Show History and reports.
- Labels print only for the active show. Close other show tabs, or click Set this show active on the TikTok tab, before you go live.
Giveaways, chat, accepted offers, and payment failures are not supported on TikTok.
